Rip CD Tips

February 15th, 2010

You probably run RIP before, but you know what that means exactly? Well, if you read to me, as I show you how to rip a CD with Windows Media Player (version 10). Once I have finished reading this article you have a CD ripping pro! (If you do not have Windows Media Player installed on your computer, you can download it here).

First, it refers to a rip in the process of copying data and their conversion from one format to another using the CD or DVD. CD ripping is widespread among computer users today, and refers to music from CD (CD) the computer as music files saved as. WMA. When you have completed this process, you can easily play your favorite songs and knocks on your computer while working on a project or just surf the internet. It is a simple and fast enough, so let’s begin!

1. Open the Windows Media Player (WMP) and insert the CD you want the CD-ROM copy.

2. In general, the program will immediately start playing the insert CD, but if this does not happen on your system, go to File, Open. In  Look in: Reiter, find the CD on the CD. Select all the music files and select Open to read the files in WMP.

3. The top of the screen, there are six tabs: Now Playing, Library, Rip, Burn, Sync and driver. Now Playing The list should read the music files contained on the CD. If you select the  Rip  is the same list of songs.

Wait! What if you do not want all the songs stored on your computer? What if you take one or two of them?

Well, you’re lucky, because this is not a problem at all!

4. Besides the title of each song is a check mark. This option allows you to put the songs that you rip to your computer if you do not want to copy the entire CD. When finished selecting files, click RIP in the upper right corner of the screen.

5. Once this procedure, you can eject the CD from the CD and the songs are plucked from your computer are displayed in the library. The library is where all the songs for future use, etc. are stored

6. If you want to organize music stored on your computer the way you want, this can easily occur. With the right mouse button for the song under the Library tab of WMP, you can edit the song name, artist, album name and more.

When finished, you will see the CD playing in the Now Playing tab.

The Windows Media Player can also organize your songs by album artist, album, genre, among other options. If you have any songs to appear on the same kind, make sure you give the same information on two songs.

With this simple procedure, you hear your favorite songs on the computer has never been so easy!
